A 1932 Normandy Revival designed by the internationally renowned architect Roy Bassett, this National Historic Register home is located on the 14th green/ 15th tee Hartford Golf Club. Our complete refit includes Lyman Custom kitchen cabinets, granite counters, Viking Professional appliances, marble finishes in the baths, sunroom and fireplace surrounds, plus central air conditioning was added.

A 1960's L-shaped ranch with magnificent views of downtown Hartford was transformed into a contemporary colonial with unique ceiling treatments throughout, including tray, vaulted, and coffered. The new kitchen features Lyman Custom cabinets, granite counters, and Viking Professional appliances. The master bath was redone with Italian marble.

A 1930's Tudor on beautiful Elizabeth Park, we totally refitted this home with new heating, electrical, and air conditioning. The kitchen was updated with Lyman Custom cabinets and all baths were done in marble. We replenished the lovely original hardwood floors and applied architectural moldings authentic to the original design. The exterior stucco was rejuvenated. New landscaping was designed and installed.

A 1960's ranch with a 100 mile view from the top of Avon Mountain, Lyman Kitchens originally remodeled the kitchen in 1978. The owners sold the home to us for a complete refit in 2000.

One of the most beautiful kitchens we have ever done, it features linen white Lyman Custom cabinets, deer brown granite, and Viking Professional stainless appliances. LP gas was installed for cooking equipment. Sinks and faucetry were custom. We also added a new laundry room and renovated baths with granite and marble.

This 1814 Federal Colonial farmhouse was built by Effriam Ely and is listed on the National Historic Register. We performed a complete restoration of the interior and grounds and refitted the original horse barn. Our work included adding an inground pool, new heating and electrical rejuvenating 6 working fireplaces, and replicating architectural moldings of the period.
